The customer service experience in servicing our vehicle has been excellent over the last two years or so. Prior to the change around we were about to drive 40 miles round trip to another Hyundai dealership in the hope of finding some quality people who were adequately staffed and trained in customer service. Great job to the management that implemented the front line staff changes. Now if you could just get in and out a little easier, it would be 5 star rating; the closeness of all of the cars on the lot is an accident waiting to happen. However this dealership has turned the service experience around 100% from worst to first (almost)! Great job!
