I went in expecting good service and it was, but very, very, very slow. Had to leave my car overnight the 26th of March and got a free rental car for cust. Satisfaction, but when I returned after 2 pm the 27th, my car still wasn't done. I purposely waited til late afternoon to go, to ensure my car was finished and it was not. Got home at 6 pm both days I went and my original appt was for 1:30pm on Mar 26. So again, the service was courteous but at a snail's pace. Eric in service was very nice.
