Insurance is not normally something I do reveiws on but Steve's office has been taking care of things for me for a few years now and I am really happy with the results. Everyone is very friendly and upbeat in the office and they make it really easy to deal with one of the necessities of life?insurance. Not one of my favorite topics but Steve outlines my options so I get what I want and am able to pass on what I don't. Many of my friends are now also insured through Steve. more

Best Place to Go for Insurance 7/22/2011

I've been insured by State Farm for years all over the state. This office is by far the best. The went over all my insurance in detail and pointed out ways I could save money. If you are looking around for insurance this is a great place to go. more

A patient caring agent 9/9/2010

When I spoke with Steve at their office he was the nicest insurance agent I have ever dealt with. He was patient with me, answered all of my questions and helped me get what I needed and pass on what I did not. \r \r It was also less expensive than who I was insured with before. more

Great company to be insured with! 9/8/2010

I've got to tell you that I haven't been able to find another company that could beat what State Farm and Steve's office offer. State Farm gives some great discounts and they add up, causing my auto insurance bill to be lower than with other companies. \r \r I have shopped around on occasion and have always been very pleased with where I am at. more

The best place to do business 8/6/2010

I've been insured with Steve's office for a few years now and have told many of my friends they should move their insurance to his office. There is always a person there that picks up the phone or answers an e-mail. You just don't get that type of service anymore. more

Helping me out above and beyond 8/4/2010

I have been with Steve office for years and they have always helped me out with anything I needed. I called their office to ask a question about a new home I'm buying and during the call I said the battery in my car died - they looked up my auto insurance and called up a place to give me a jump start. How great is that - I called about one thing (which they took care of for me) but end up getting something else taken care of that I did not know they could handle. more

I got what I paid for 3/6/2009

I have had my insurance at this place for year but just made payments there and that was about it. Well I messed up and rear ended someone and got to see if what I had been paying for for years was worth it. They guy I spoke with in the office made it easy to get my car fixed and said they would deal with the other guy so I don't have to talk to him any more, which is a good thing for me. He set it up so I could get my car in the shop that day. I think I was only on the phone with him for a few mintues too. It makes me feel much better about all those years of just paying them money. Pros: They guy in the office did not make me look like a dope even though the accident was my fault more

Been with him for year 2/27/2009

I have had my insurance in Steve's office for many years now. I am always able to speak to someone when I call his office. I lost my bill once and almost lost my insurance but they called me on the phone to let me know my bill was due. No one else does that, I used my visa card right on the spot. more

They make getting insurance easy 2/28/2008

Don't be fooled by the 15 minutes or less they did everything in less than 10 and faxed info to my lender for me. If you are shopping around for auto insurance they make life easy, I also ended up with renters insurance and took some more money off my auto insurance costs more

Great insurance Experience 2/28/2008

I called all over town and either got voice mail or got put on with the script reading people. There office was just around the corner from my house so I could get everything done quick. Pros: Good price - Easy to deal with more

A great Aveda concept salon 8/28/2007

Everyone is friendly, the salon is really relaxing and inviting. The service is impeccable. They're always trying to get you tea. It's nice.\r \r Tracy is the best, though she can be a bit hard to book due to her popularity. I've never been displeased with a haircut she's given me.\r \r I haven't been to their new location in Bay Street, but it's nice and much bigger from what I hear. more

Great service - Great rates 4/9/2007

I just found out State Farm had a rate reduction for car insurance and even sent me money back from before they reduced my car insurance. They also told me they are have a rate reduction on renters insurance too! more
