Matthew and the entire staff at Square One could not be more friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place.

Worst

Very helpful and friendly but received no receipt and paid with cash. Did not realize this until I got home. I hope that the gift card works.

Concern with all the new trainees 9/16/2011

I have been a regular customer for many years and have enjoyed my every 4-5 week visits. I must inform you that I have been getting increasingly dissatisfied when I visit. It's getting old having mostly trainees greet me, get my color, always rinse and wash my hair. (This is every time I come in...and I'm paying for a master stylist.) Some are good, some are not. Once in a while is fine to use my head to train on, but every visit is getting old. As a paying customer, do I have any choice in this? I'm not trying to be snobbish or mean, I understand the value in educating, but every visit...come on! more

Relaxation, laughter & quality 9/15/2011

A friend & I went in to test out the pedicures as each of us have relatives coming into town over the Holidays and as they are up in years, wanted to give them some small spa treatments they wouldn't give to themselves. The experience, the chairs, the technicians were perfect and such a relaxing experience that we both were seeking for them. The atmosphere is wonderful. The only recommendation I might make is that some sort of border or sound-proof fabric be put up between the salon & spa areas, as the noise from the salon carries into the spa area. The new chairs are great (massage, remote control) and there may already be plans to partition off the spa area as the chairs were just installed. But a wonderful experience & will recommend Square One to others as well as return for the two of us. more

As always, my experience yesterday was wonderful. Alan is the BEST And I walked out of the salon looking and feeling fabulous. Miss Ebony had given me a relaxing scalp massage and shampoo and I rave about your salon whenever I get compliments on my hair, which is often! See you next month for color! more

Abby always does a great job with my hair. I love the salon. Everyone is friendly and professional...the front desk staff, the stylists and the owners. AVEDA product is the best...smells wonderful and stays with you all day long! I would recommend this salon to everyone! more

Great Experience 9/10/2011

From greeting me at the desk and providing me a cup of hot tea, to sitting in a calming/relaxing sitting area, to receiving a scalp massage and free mini-facial, I feel that every dollar I spend for my haircut is worth it. I feel special and like I am in an oasis of calm. Plus, I get to catch up with Angie, my stylist. more

Peaceful place 9/10/2011

I love being in the Salon and just hanging out as much as I love my time with Alan. It is so beautiful. Even when I feel as old as dirt he makes me feel attractive. Alan also gives the best head and shoulder massages in this world. They are worth the price of the haircut. more
