Matthew and the entire staff at Square One could not be more friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place.

Worst

Very helpful and friendly but received no receipt and paid with cash. Did not realize this until I got home. I hope that the gift card works.

Another great experience 11/26/2011

We surprised a family member who has never had a spa treatment before....she is in her 80s and took to the pedicure like a duck in water. Many thanks to the great staff (from reception to completion)! more

None Compare to the Exceptional Service 11/19/2011

I've been a client of Square One salon for the past three-four years. I visit periodically for relaxers. I have African-American long fine hair, maintaining it requires effort. My stylist treats my hair gently and uses the best products to protect and nurture fine my hair. The service among the receptionist, stylist and management is exceptional! This visit, I was impressed when my stylist was willing to service me on short notice. Her willingness to accommodate and her, the receptionist and the management 's kindness couldn't have come at a better time as I had lost a relative and was preparing to travel out of town for the funeral. more

I am continually impressed by the level of service, attention to detail, and concern the staff shows toward all clients and guests. Superb Service 11/9/2011

This was my second visit to Square One. My stylist, Katie, spent extra time talking me through the different highlight and color options I could do. She was knowledgeable and patient as I asked numerous questions and explained to her what I thought I wanted. The outcome was exactly what I had envisioned. Katie did a fantastic job! The service at Square One is superb. I would definitely recommend a cut and color with Katie! more

My experience was wonderful as usual. The front desk offered to watch the meter outside on my car which really helped me and I thought it was great customer service. My hairdresser Mathew Vance is so timely and so talented, I feel so lucky to have found him. I can't stop looking at my hair, I love love it! more

I have had the most wonderful experiences with Alan Leonard as my stylist. I was referred to him years ago and have been happy ever since. I live in Centerville, surrounded by numerous spas and salons. I make the trip downtown for his service. He is very hair knowledgeable. His service is consistent. His demeanor is always fun and friendly. His schedule is consistent. It is a great salon overall. more
