Matthew and the entire staff at Square One could not be more friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place.

Worst

Very helpful and friendly but received no receipt and paid with cash. Did not realize this until I got home. I hope that the gift card works.

Great Experience 11/3/2011

Yesterday I had an appt for a cut and color. What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Very friendly and accommodating employees. Fantastic shampoo/massage experience from Serene and of course as usual a perfect haircut and style from Misty. Great job team! more

I love Square One, but the experience was made special by Matt Vance and Eric. Matt is the best, he makes sure I am happy with every visit. Eric is also terrific. I love the atmosphere and everyone does a great job! more

Excellent service! great cut and highlight. Angi M and her assistant, Ebony, took great care of me. Im older and the only thing I spend money on, aside from my grand daughter, is my hair. Why? Its worth it, my hair looks great, and I feel wonderful when I leave. Thanks Pam more

Keep coming back! 10/30/2011

I love Square One on Third. I have had massages and my hair cut and colored there for the last 3 yrs. The last few times I've had my hair done, my hair dressers were Abby and Fawn. They are both great and do a wonderful job. I love the the decor and always feel so comfy when I am there. I will keep coming back and always am happy to tell people where I get my hair done. You all are the best!! more

First Visit 10/25/2011

Melinda cut, shampooed, and styled my hair. What a great afternoon! I was offered hot coffee, got a new, hot shade of lipstick, and Melinda capped it all off with a great cut! I walked out feeling like a million bucks! more

I heard so many great reviews so I decided to make an appt. Right when you walk in, the environment was great. My appt was with Joseph and he was fantastic. I would have loved to get a new slightly drastic style but with being in the military you can only do so much. Maybe next time i can do something different. =) I will def tell my friends about you and be a regular customer. more

Always satisfied 10/20/2011

I have been going to Square One since they first opened, along with my sisters and also my mom. We never go anywhere else. Even though we pay a bit more here, it's worth it since I have confidence in Alan or whoever is cutting and styling. I've decided the cheap cuts just don't cut it. Brent, Josh, Alan and the others in charge at Square One know what they are doing and that's worth the money. Add to that the excellent service, which is pretty non-existent anymore, why would I go anywhere else? LOVE it! more

Always wonderful 10/20/2011

I LOVE Square One. I've been known to hide there when things feel overwhelming and I need a healthy pick-me-up. My favorite, favorite service is the Pure Focus facial. Long enough to gratify and quick enough to get you in and out in a reasonable timeframe, it is also quite affordable. I highly recommend Eric for skin care. He exudes competence and kindness and he really knows the Aveda line. I hear he is a killer makeup artist, too. Canaan is the only hair stylist that has ever worked with my standard "make me look good" request without rolling her eyes and giving me soccer mom layers. I have never had a bad experience here (downtown). The entire team is excellent, from scheduling to payment. more

Calming, Soothing, Relaxing and Luxurious 10/19/2011

I came in on a dreary Ohio day and was immediately offered coffee, tea or water while I waited. Fawn gave me a complimentary facial after washing my hair. So, relaxing! Very professional and loved the cut. I needed a change! Eric waxed my brows and was brilliant because they look great. Music, dim light, professional stylists who let you try new product make this my favorite place. more

Angie Mehaffie is a truly talented stylist. She manages to give me the classic bob I want with a modern edge to it. I always receive numerous compliments on my hair. The entire experience at Square One from the attentive staff, calming atmosphere of the waiting area, the relaxing head massage during the wash, the phenomenal cut and style, is wonderful. I would highly recommend. more
