Matthew and the entire staff at Square One could not be more friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place.

Worst

Very helpful and friendly but received no receipt and paid with cash. Did not realize this until I got home. I hope that the gift card works.

Excellent as always 12/10/2011

Every time I come in to see Eric I tell myself I'll stay awake and chat more with him. And every time I'm out in about 5 minutes. He has such a relaxing, methodical touch that is so relaxing. And my skin looks fantastic when he is finished. more

My experience is "always" wonderful with Alan. Alan's assistant yesterday was also very nice. I have to say she gave me the best shampoo I've had in all my years of coming to the salon. Thanks so much! more

I really enjoyed my pedicure and polish change. The techician did a wonderful job.It was a great experience. My only disappointment concerns your internet connection.I have not been able to log on to your wi-fi. Please repair it. more

The staff that greet you are very friendly My hair stylist Matthew is very creative and skillful but always listens to me. He's also very personable. I also like Erik who is the esthetician. It's always a good experience. more

Great Local Salon/Spa 12/2/2011

I went here for the Baby Me package, as I am 9 months pregnant. The package included a massage, facial, manicure, pedicure, shampoo/style with moisturizing treatment for hair and scalp. I was so impressed by all the stylist/massage therapists/technicians that helped me that day. This was my second time getting the package and they also fit me in same day for a spa day! Can't ask much more than that! The staff there are always very kind and can usually fit you in for anything. The hours are very convenient as well. What a great salon/spa! Also, the prices are very competitive and I really feel like the package is well priced. Thanks Square One! more

Alan Leonard is fantastic. Great personality, top notch skills as a stylist. Someone caught me at a restaurant and told me, "Your hair style is perfect for you! Who did your cut? It's fantastic. You look Parisian!" I don't exactly know what that means, but I think it's good. ;) more

Back to the drawing board 11/27/2011

I went in last week to get my hair cut. I had very long hair and asked my stylist for long layers and fringe. I specifically asked her not to cut my fringe above my eyebrows and my fringe is way too short. She stated that she was going to cut about 2 inches off of my length which is the biggest mistake of all. She cut at least 6 inches off of my hair and my layers are way too short. I will mostly likely be wearing my hair back for the next two months as a result of how bad my haircut is. How hard is long layers and fringe? Not sure why she could not do what I asked. I will no longer be going to Beth, as this was the second haircut I recieved from her that I did not like and can't wait to grow out. And for the cost? Too bad. I will. I longer patronize Square One. more
