I have been a regular customer for many years and have enjoyed my every 4-5 week visits. I must inform you that I have been getting increasingly dissatisfied when I visit. It's getting old having mostly trainees greet me, get my color, always rinse and wash my hair. (This is every time I come in...and I'm paying for a master stylist.) Some are good, some are not. Once in a while is fine to use my head to train on, but every visit is getting old. As a paying customer, do I have any choice in this? I'm not trying to be snobbish or mean, I understand the value in educating, but every visit...come on!
