My old hair stylist was out of the country and I needed to get my hair done for a special ocassion which could not wait. I was so scared to try someone new. I read Curry's reviews on the internet and I decided to give her a try. She did a remarkable job, the color and the style was exactly what I asked for.\r \r It has been 4 weeks and I cannot wait to go back and get my hair done again. more

Curry's got spice 10/11/2009

New to Texas this summer, I was concerned about finding a reliable, professional, quality hair stylist. To my amazement, I struck gold with my first attempt. Looking no further than Curry Blaha, owner/operator, of The Spice Salon, I found what I wanted. Curry was able to give me the inverted bob I had dreamt of and spent extra time teaching me the ""tricks of the trade"" so that I re-create the style she gave me at home. In addition, to working wonders with her shears, Curry nailed the color I had envisioned. I have been a consistent customer since and have never been disappointed. more

Fabulous Hair 9/26/2009

Curry colored my hair and cut it. It looks amazing. I have never been happier with any other salon. She is full of ideas and a master of her craft. I am just blown away at what a great job she did. Pros: unbelievably beautiful more

Best Stylist I've Ever Found 9/12/2009

The first time Curry did my hair, she spent a lot of time asking me what I liked and didn't like about my hair, how much time I like to spend on my hair, and my skill level tending to it. She gave me the best haircut I'd had in years, and I love the color & highlights she does for me. I'd follow Curry anywhere! She seems to really care whether I'm happy with my hair, and she loves what she does. She's really good, she's affordable, and fun to visit. Pros: Makes sure she understands what you want, great cuts & color more

Best Hairdresser I've Ever Been to!! 9/11/2009

I got hair extensions from Curry and a color job and my hair was absolutely flawless! I have never had such a great experience than the time I saw Curry. I highly recommend her to anyone! She will do exactly what you ask for and you will get the best results you have ever had. She will be doing my entire wedding party's hair and makeup in June! Pros: Price Effective, Listens to the Client more
