Staff at Palo Alto 2/5/2012

Everyone is so nice at the Palo Alto Skinsprit! I always have a great time when I go. The staff is so professional and yet very friendly and approachable. It is not very often you find that balance with a group of people. They are all able to joke and laugh while always maintaining a certain amount of decorum. Thanks so much for always making my visit a wonderful experience! more

I always receive the best service! I go to Karen and she is fabulous - knows what my face needs, but keeps it within reason with regard to cost - doesn't "sell" me what I don't need! Love this place!! It has changed my skin for the better. more

I have been coming to skin spirit for five years with very good results. My aestheticians have been friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I am talked through the treatments, given clear post treatment directions and their recommendations have resulted in much better skin health. Thanks SkinSpirit! more

To Velashape or Not? 1/16/2012

My plan was to have my second VelaShape treatment with Mercedes last Saturday. After looking at my skin, she determined I shouldn't get it done due to a sudden weightloss I had undergone recently. She made another treatment suggestion to me, and I had Endermologie instead. I was thrilled that she was so honest about the results my initial treatment wouldn't have given me, and gave me an alternative. I would definitely go back, as I feel she has my best interest in mind. more

Exceptional Service and State + State of the Art Technology = Gorgeous Skin! 1/13/2012

I recently had a Fraxel Laser treatment at Skin Spirit and was delighted with the service. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful and Michelle, who performed the treatment was superb. I've been to many spas all over the world and had everything from routine facials to microdermabrasion -- I must say my experience at Skin Spirit trumps anything I've ever experienced. I will definitely be back! more
