Very professional 8/25/2011

This was my first experience with SkinSpirit. I went in with an open mind. Sara my esthetician was wonderful. She was open and honest and didn't try and sell me the most expensive treatments on the menu. The only reason I did not give a better rating was because I had also booked a massage. The therapist was a no show :( The staff responded promptly and I left without any hard feelings. I will return for sure! more

There are very few parking spaces in the lot and downtown Palo Alto parking is tough. Make an early appointment so you can snag a space in the lot. If you don't have flexibility in your schedule this could present a problem. Leave plenty of time to find parking. more

SkinSpirit is the best: the best people work there, they love their work, and they are as skilled as they are sensitive to the needs of their clients. I was initially intimidated at the prospect of visiting such a posh establishment, but the moment I walked in the front door I felt welcomed, worthy and relaxed. I have been very pleased with the services at SkinSpirit...Karen Fernandez is excellent at making the client feel "at home" while always conducting herself as a trained professional... she makes the client feel like he or she is the most important client she has ...personally I have never had an aesthetician who has been as adaptable as Karen to any number of skin related situations...and has the judgement to deal with most of them and yet encourage the client to see a dermatologist on problematic situations... more
