There really seems to be some basic rules and facts to follow if one wants to lose weight. The key issues here are Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), as you age your BMR decreases, starvation decreases BMR, routine of cardiovascular exercise increases BMR, increase of muscle mass increases BMR, healthy food choices and portion size.
