I appreciate that I can trust the advice of the people who work there. From the PA's to the aestheticians to the office administrators, everyone is very knowledgeable about products and services. I also feel comfortable saying that I need to be mindful of what I can afford and they help me make choices that will provide me the best possible benefit. more

I had a very good experience here. I appreciated the explanation of what Lynn was going to do, and my first botox appointment went fine. People are very pleasant, although I can't say that for some of the customers I encountered. Staff, though, is great, and I'm impressed with this place. more

Skin Spirit Palo Alto remains my favorite skincare clinic, and Lynn remains my most favorite aesthetic nurse. From the moment you walk through the door greeted by those gorgeous, upbeat assistants, to the genuine help to save money by utilizing the all the specials and points programs at departure, it is a great experience...honestly! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Way to go, Skin Spirit! more

Don't go 12/22/2011

As in most spas and hair salons, all they wanted to do was to sell me something. I did not feel that I was an individual that they really cared about, but just a wallet that they could try to empty. In addition, the facial I received was not relaxing at all and I'm not sure if I see any difference in my face. They are overpriced and I would not waste my money. more

Cara did botox on me. It was my very first treatment. She covered everything from the technical to the grand or bad results. Cara is a superb professional. She knows her business well. I will be back. more

Elegant, efficient and respectful of anonymity. People who work there appear to be content in their jobs which promotes a postive healing environment. Practitioners are among the best in the bay area. Ocassional 10 - 20 minute wait for treatment . . . worth the wait. more
