I have lived in New York, Florida and here in California and have been getting facials for thirty years. This facial and peel was the best I have ever experienced. Jessica was professional yet very friendly and helpful. She suggested what facial, peel and products would work best for my skin without being pushy at all. I have already scheduled my next facial and will be a fan for life. more

I'm LOVING the Velashape results! I also reveived some of the most pain-free and effective Botox & Juvederm treatments there, recently. Skin Spirit is a lovely, relaxing spa with an extremely professional and caring staff. I highly recommend it. more

I have been here on several occasions for a Total FX (laser refraction), skin care product regiman, and consult for a chemical peel. Everyone is extremely knowledgable and supportive. The front desk staff are extremely helpful and can answer almost any questions and help with products. All businesses should be run this way. :) more

She gave me information from A-Z about the products she was going to use on me, and about the products she was recommending that I use. Answered questions that docs. haven't had info on! Laser hair removal too costly and requires more treatments than represented 7/22/2011

Skin spirit lures you in with the idea that you will be hair free in about 5 treatments, but the reality is that you won't be close to done by 5 treatments. You would need to buy yet another outrageously expensive package to try to achieve the results you thought you'd get with one package. Until skin spirit comes up with a guarantee or unlimited package, I wouldn't recommend it. The facility is nice and the staff friendly, though. more

Love this Spa! 7/21/2011

I went to Skin Spirit in Palo Alto today, and had another great experience. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place! Every one of the staff is very professional and courteous. My clinician took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, and we ultimately decided to go a different route, given my goals and what I have coming up in my life the next few weeks. I felt very listened to and cared for, and her skills are amazing, I had some filler, and came out with absolutely no bruising, swelling, nor any evidence of the treatment, other than my face looked refreshed and natural. I highly recommend Skin Spirit Palo Alto! more

Just had another appointment with Michelle. The thing I like best about her is that she clearly loves her job and really goes the extra mile to care for my skin. She is compassionate and professional and although a few of the things I do are not very relaxing, she's always gentle and makes it seem easy. She is interesting and funny and I look forward to my next appointment. She makes me feel good about taking care of myself. And she looks amazing to boot. A great advertisement for any treatment she recommends. more

Truly a wonderful experience, from moment you walk in the door, the soothing atmosphere calms you. My facial was a wonderful experience, with a very personalized approach tailored to my skin type,with deep cleansing,smoothing,and great massage with wonderful hydration at end. I left feeling invigorated. more
