awesome experience 4/9/2011

this was my first time here and the staff was very warm and michelle who did my procedure was fabulous.she explained everything and made sure i was as comfotable as possible. it was virtually painless. i definitely will be returning again and highly recommend skin spirit to anyone looking for s medispa/skincare experience. i have found a new home away from home. love it!!!!!! more

TCA Peel with less sting! 4/6/2011

I have had a TCA peel before at reputable spa. The results were fine, but I heard to really see results, you need to do a series. I decided to go to Skin Spirit this time since that's the only place I trust to my botox needs. I booked an appointment and got Karen. She was great! She talked through the process before she started. I was surprised that I experienced less pain this time, just brief stinging that subsided after each "pass". (At the spa I felt like my face was on fire!) Karen used the fan on my face after each pass, letting the stinging subside before adding more. This made all the difference in the world. Right now, at day three, my face is peeling like a snake, but I couldn't be happier. I also want to note that the after peel care instructions the spa gave me were very different then the instructions given to me by Karen. I am sure I will see better results this time. I actually purchased a series and will continue to go to Karen. more

I went recently to Skin Spirit for a botox application. This was my first time for this treatment at Skin Spirit. They are very professional, friendly, and spend the time with you that you need. I was impressed overall with the medical and product knowledge the nurse exhibited that administered the botox. I like that they have high standards and live up to them and that if I have any questions or concerns they will take care of me. more

IPL and FIllers By Lynn Bartels 3/23/2011

I had never done anything like this before. I had wanted to remove facial wrinkles and dark circles under my eyes. When a friend recommended that I give Lynn a call I didn't hesitate. I was able to get a same day appointment (on a Saturday) and honestly didn't know what to expect. I was greeted by two super nice gals at the front desk. They offered me tea or water and had me wait in a very comfortable, quiet and serene waiting area. From the moment I met Lynn I felt comfortable. She knows her stuff and discussed with me the things that she would like to do to my face to improve the overall appearance. We started with fillers on Saturday and I love the slight changes already. Yesterday Lynn did IPL on my entire face including the dark circles under the eyes. The darkness is already breaking up After a couple of more treatments they should be much creamier in color. Thank you to Lynn, the SkinSpirit staff, and to my friend Tracy for recommending Lynn to me. more

Sklerotherapy apt w Michelle 3/19/2011

I have had sklerotherapy done by Michelle Cory twice already. I'm not all that crazy about needles, but her approach is gentle yet very effective. The outcome so far has been fabulous! I also had botox and restylane injections, and once again was grateful for Michelle's vast knowledge of the product and the procedure, as well as the overall results. more

All of my treatments at SkinSpirit have been the best in terms of results, service and overall experience. Everyone is so nice, so accomodating and very professional. Michelle Cory is amazingly thorough, knowledgeable and I feel like my skin looks better after my IPL treatments. I buy the series 2 times a year. It really is a good value. more

I came to SkinSpirit in a bit of a rush. The warm welcome calmed me down a bit already, and even more so the serene and quiet room where I got a tea and a short while to wait. Wendy came to give me a facial. She is very friendly and has a loving calmness. I felt safe and soothed. And the facial, with shoulder massage, was so nice! When checking out, I found she'd put out some products for me she recommended for my skin. It was all very warm and personal. I felt truly spoiled. more
