Redemption! 1/19/2011

I returned to SkinSpirit after experiencing what I would characterize a very lukewarm "first-time" experience. I went with injectables and discoverd there was a major miscommunication between me and my aesthetician however, the spa Director was very professional in addressing my concerns and arranged for my return to make corrections. I will definitely return as I am now better informed and very pleased. Still awaiting results and am hopeful that my results will be what I expect. Thanks for everything! more

This was MY first experience with a "med" spa. I had no idea what to expect so my remarks can only be specific to my experience which overall was very good. I trust that anyone who knows what to expect would have their expectations met. Cara Fonteyne, R.N. Director of Medical and Aesthetic Services is truly outstanding and a very good listener. I will definitely go back! more
