Labor overcharge 2/20/2014

I was provided a quote to replace an outside door handle. It included a labor charge for one hour at $110. When I turned in my car for the repair, the car was repaired in about 10 minutes. I thought fantastic that it was quicker than expected! They charged for an entire hour anyways. I even spoke to the person in charge. The manager was not in the office that day and was to call my on Monday since that day was a Friday. Today is Thursday and I still have not received a call. more
