This company took CARE of my order when another company failed! I first signed up with another company, they told me it would be 3-5 days to get my power on. I needed it now. I read about Round Rock Electricity then I called them and a guy (Wesley) told me, since I already had an order, to call that company and ask for an expedite. He didn't pressure me to leave that other company. He said it could delay my power coming on. So, I called the other company back and they REFUSED to do anything sooner than 3-5 days. I immediately canceled with them and called Wesley back. He took my order (after 6 pm mind you), and my electricity was on the next morning around 9 am! He even texted me with updates that morning. What a difference.. All with a better rate, and service that was just stellar. You can't go wrong with this guy. more
