Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

we called in a panic, with toilets and showers backed up on a Wednesday night after 10:00 pm and the phone service was great. We deicide to wait until morning to have the service tech deal with the problem and just not use the plumbing that night. Joe arrived promptly at 8:00 am, accessed the problem, gave us the options, and proceeded with the work. He was very professional, courteous and did a great job keeping our rooms clean while doing a messy job. By 9:30 the job was complete, all of our drains were running clear, and we were Very Satisfied with the service. We would highly recommend Roto Rooter, and ask for JOE! more

We had Kevin#27-3111 out on the night of july 10th and he was very professional and talked us through all aspects of his visit. We had a main clog and he stayed till it was gone. He had to try all three access points we have. The kicker is that my wife is pregnant and we really needed to have this fixed and fixed now. Thanks to Kevin it was taken care of and now we can do our business like normal. We give Kevin a 5 star rating. Hopefully we don't have to call again but if we do Kevin is our guy. The night before we had a toilet issue and some pipe trouble the technican came out at 12:30 am and said we need a new toilet and that he could be back first thing the next day. He was very professional and kind. I would highly recomend their services. more

The plumber that was sent to our house was beyound great. In fact the night before he made a middle of the night call and did not bill us for it. He then showed up first bthing the next morning and did a great job of getting our plumbing needs taken care of. Being a scientist and my husband in finance, we are not DIYers. Nonetheless, we decided to remodel our 3 bathrooms and everything was going well until we got to the tub faucets and realized the copper piping had to be cut and soldered. That's when we gave up and I decided to call a plumber. I remembered that I had used Roto-Rooter in Cincinnati, OH before when my outside spigot had frozen and burst during an ice storm. They were prompt and curtious. I was leaving town for business in 2 days and the plumber came the same day I called! The plumber fixed all 3 tub faucets in less than 1hr! The best part is he actually cleaned up after himself (unheard of nowadays). My husband is thankful he can continue the project while I'm out of town ; ) more

A Draining Experience in Anderson Township, Cincinnati, OH. Had one of those kitchen sink drains that backed up if the water ran for more than 30 seconds. Tried over the counter drain cleaners (septic tank friendly) for over 2 years, but nothing worked satisfactorily. I offered to rent an electric eel, but my wife rolled her eyes and called Roto-Rooter instead. Though I offered to help, the technician (Louis) told me he would take care of everything. He covered up everything near the working area, cut into a pipe in the basement (i wouldn't have thought of doing that) and was able to get a straight line into the pipe leading to our septic tank. When the hand held auger wasn't doing the trick, he drug the big machine down to the basement and after numerous attempts and lots of patience, made it through roots and years of sludge back-up (uuugghh). Filled the kitchen sink, drained it twice and for the first time since we've been in the house saw that wonderful tornado draining effect of a clean drain. And perhaps the most wonderful thing was I was able to work on other honey-do items and I had no clean-up (I know I would have made a much larger mess). Would recommend Roto-Rooter and Louis to anyone with a plugged or stubborn drain. more

I had come home from work to a mess in my basement. The main line had backed up. After attempting to clear the line ourselves we threw in the towel and opened the yellow pages and who was listed first...Roto-Rooter. We made the call around 9:00pm. The service was prompt. They had actually quoted me a timeframe of 2 hours and the plumber was here much quicker 20 minutes. Incredible...The plumber was very nice, professional and thorough. We will definitely call Roto-Rooter if we need them again. Thank you Roto-Rooter. more

Roto-Rooter Plmubers-CIncinnati, are top notch. We had a gas leak in our home and Roto-Rooter sent someone out the very next morning first thing, even though it was the Sunday before July 4th! \r They fixed the leak quickly and did a great job. \r \r We are still waiting on a return call from 2 other places that we left messages with while Roto-Rooter Plumbers has already fixed the problem! more
