The plumber that was sent to our house was beyound great. In fact the night before he made a middle of the night call and did not bill us for it. He then showed up first bthing the next morning and did a great job of getting our plumbing needs taken care of. If anyone needs a plumber in Cincinnati or Florence, Ky I would highly recomend Roto-Rooter.
