we called in a panic, with toilets and showers backed up on a Wednesday night after 10:00 pm and the phone service was great. We deicide to wait until morning to have the service tech deal with the problem and just not use the plumbing that night.
Joe arrived promptly at 8:00 am, accessed the problem, gave us the options, and proceeded with the work. He was very professional, courteous and did a great job keeping our rooms clean while doing a messy job.
By 9:30 the job was complete, all of our drains were running clear, and we were Very Satisfied with the service.
We would highly recommend Roto Rooter, and ask for JOE!
