Plumbers are always friendly and helpful. Been Cincinnati customers since 1993. Until this visit they were always on time and quickly responsive. Maybe due to the overwhelming rain it took over 12 hours to get someone and then they did not get to us within the time frame given. We were also misled about a warranty we were told. We have learned our lesson and need to make sure we need to make sure all warranties, promises etc are written on bill before they leave.
