Review content:
Once again Roto-Rooter saves the day. I would never have thought that i would have had to deal with a sewer line backing up in my basement on the 4th of July weekend. In a panic only one name came to mind and that was Roto-Rooter. I had used Roto-Rooter before and was treated so nice and received great service on the phone and in my home. They gave me a time frame on about how long i would have to wait. They called me back twice just to let me know what was going on and how much longer i would have to wait. Then i was called when they were on the way to my house and where they were coming from. They fixed the problem cleaned up the mess,and gave me some good infomation that might be useful. Once again, JOB WELL DONE!
