Roto-Rooters Plumbers 9-29-10 9/29/2010

Our plumber, Philip (Colorado Springs), was very helpful. We had another company come right before he did and they wanted to charge us $4500 for a simple root problem! Roto-Rooter was able to fix our entire problem. I will always use Roto-Rooter from here on out, they have never failed!! more

I have used these guys MANY times and LOVE them. They are fast, affordable, friendly and great at their jobs. I have had Danny and Jeremaih both come out many times and they are both great, they not only will fix your problem, but they will teach you what you need to not have it happen again. LOVE EM! more

Read fine print and protect yor wallet 9/23/2010

Read the fine print and protect your wallet. I would not call Roto-Rooter if they were the only plumbers in the phone book. \r I believe I was scammed because my plumber was tired and did not want to deal with a simple toilet clog. I was in tears when I found out I was going to be charged over a hundred dollars for him to tell me he wasn't going to help me. The only reason I am giving the company 2 star instead of 1,is he did knock off $30. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 9/22/2010

We had a plumber from Roto-Rooter come out today, 22 Sep 10 and he fixed our leak on the water heater pipe. It is more professionally done now than our builder did in the first place. Excellent workmanship, great customer service! more

Overall Greatness 9/11/2010

Very Professional Technician, Cleaned up After Himself, had enough Courtesy to put Foot Booties on when he walked over our carpet. Greatly Appreciated. Will use technician Jason Silverberg again. We had a plumber come to our house on Thurs. in Colorado Springs. Technician's name was Jason Silverberg. A great plumber and customer service was above and beyond. Jason really was one of the best plumbers I have ever used. Was very courteous to put on foot booties because we just had our carpets cleaned. Fixed our issue with our drain and went above and beyond to help us understand why the drain was clogged and how we could do preventative maintenance. The plumber was very professional in every aspect. He got right to the problem and explained it in detail. Was going to get a 2nd opinion, but I felt comfortable with the tech and trusted his report. It was a major job, digging up a broken sewer line and replacing it. They got right on it and did a great job. I am very pleased that I chose Roto-Rooter.\r Freda L. more

Not good with names, but Technician 2127 was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave a 1 year warranty and a discount if we have to replace our water heater. We will use him again!! BUT HE SAVED OUR 9 YEAR OLD WATER HEATER! more
