The plumber was very professional in every aspect. He got right to the problem and explained it in detail. Was going to get a 2nd opinion, but I felt comfortable with the tech and trusted his report. It was a major job, digging up a broken sewer line and replacing it. They got right on it and did a great job. I am very pleased that I chose Roto-Rooter.\r
