We had a plumber come to our house on Thurs. in Colorado Springs. Technician's name was Jason Silverberg. A great plumber and customer service was above and beyond. Jason really was one of the best plumbers I have ever used. Was very courteous to put on foot booties because we just had our carpets cleaned. Fixed our issue with our drain and went above and beyond to help us understand why the drain was clogged and how we could do preventative maintenance. Jason, thank you for your service and thank you Roto-Rooter. \r
