Couldn't be more pleased! 4/16/2012

We have lived in our Colorado Springs home for seven years without any issues, but the day came that we needed to call a plumber to check out why our sewer pipes were not draining. Yikes! When Michael arrived (early!) he was very friendly, and jumped right in to see what needed to be done. He was very communicative and never left us wondering what the zinger was going to be when he handed us the bill. He very professionally kept us aprised of the services and what they would cost, and gave us the option to say yes or no before proceeding. Most importantly, he left our home clean and with working plumbing! more

Knights in Blue Shirts 4/9/2012

For the last couple of days, I had been struggling with the shower not draining and winding up ankle deep in water. I try to handle things myself as far as I can but no amount of plunging, pouring boiling water down the drain or using baking soda and vinegar would help. Called Roto-Rooter and Mike, the plumber, came over promptly, removed a tangle of roots from about 30 feet out from the house (I live in Colorado Springs), gave me some tips on dealing with killing the roots as opposed to simply ""pruning"" them, cleaned up the mess and was on his way. I have always had good service from Roto-Rooter no matter what part of the U.S. I have lived in. I have never been disappointed in their services. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers - March 2, 2012 3/6/2012

The main sewer drain backed up while taking a shower resulting in water discharging onto the lower level floor. Roto-Rooter was called and they sent a plumber from Colorado Springs to address the problem. Many friends have used Roto-Rooter and were pleased with their service. The plumber arrived timely, was courteous, identified and corrected the problem areas. He even used his shop-vac to clean up the water on the floor. I am extremely satisfied with the punctuality and end result of the service received. more

Peace of mind 2/29/2012

I'm glad a called roto-rooter when i did because the pervious quotes I was receiving to fix a leaky pipe behind my shower wall were ridiculous. Danny from roto-rooter came by, assed the issue, quoted me a reasonable price to fix it, and got right to work. He even could a mold restoration to come by and make sure that the water from the leaky pipe hadn't caused any hidden mold issues in the walls or floors. That alone gave me the peace of mind I needed, knowing that Danny wasn't just concerned about doing his job, but the safety of my family as well. Great service from a great company! more

good service long wait. 1/15/2012

dont get me wrong once someone came he was nice and got the job done fast but i called at 3pm 1/14 and was told within 2 hours we would get someone to fix the problem til then we couldnt use our toilet needing to use the one in the basement kind of a hassle for an 8 month pregnant lady, i also waited until 11pm with still no service by that time i had to wait til morning because i didnt want to scare my 3 year old daughter awake so i got service at 8:15am 1/15. i would have appreciated a small discount for the wait. more

Have used Root Rooter plumbers in Colorado Springs for 25 years. Always courteous, on time, knowledgeable and helpful. Gives excellent advice, cleans up and cares for surroundings. Pleasure to have service men in our home. Great Job! more

Fixed a problem no-one else was able to solve 12/15/2011

The customer service was outstanding, the rates were very reasonable and our plumber was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the problem, and even showed us how to keep it from re-occuring. We'd had the problem for months, and no other plumber had been able to fix it. Definitely 5 stars. more

I had bad sewage problem. i called roto rooter, from the call to roto rooter tech everyone was very polite. the tech came and explain to me everthing from a to z it was nice for them to come out on the long thanksgiving weekend the problem was fixed and he helped me go further on where to go from there, even called the clean up people to get me started. i have used roto rooter before and i will keep using them for all my plumbing needs. great service more

Outstanding Plumbing Service! 11/25/2011

My disposer went out and I called Roto-Rooter at 315 Delaware Dr in Colorado Springs to see when they could come out and give me an estimate to fix it. Since it was the day after Thanksgiving, I was very pleasantly surprised to hear them say they could come out within two hours! Danny came on time and very quickly and professionally replaced our disposer. He also recommeneded a stainless steel mesh unit that goes over the disposer that could prevent items from falling into the disposer unit - I had not know about this option and since it was very cheap I ordered it as well. I will recommend Roto-Rooter to my family and friends for their excellent and courteous service - thanks very much! more

Roto Rooter was very prompt in making the appointment and having Craig, the technician, arrive! He diagnosed the problem quickly, brought in his equipment, did his job with very, very little mess and viola! my problem was solved!! He also recommended a product to help keep my lines free flowing. He was courteous, professional, and personable. I would definitely recommend Roto Rooter to my friends in Colorado Springs, CO Metro. more

My favorite plumber with this company is Mike. I utilize their services twice a year for preventive maintance on my sewer line. I choose Mike because he arrives on time, he is thorough and he cleans up beautifully. He also gives me good advice on maintaining my line. I look forward to seeing him every Fall and Spring. Ask for Mike next time you need service, and you won't be disappointed. more

Living on the Westside of Colorado Springs with century old houses and trees almost as old presents special challenges to a sewer system and mine fell prey this weekend. On a Sunday of all days I needed a plumber so I turned to the company I have trusted with my plumbing needs for years...Roto-Rooter. Craig came out right on time on Sunday to give me a quote and was back today--earlier than I expected--to complete the work. He was friendly, gave me some information for planning ahead for my needs and even put up with my overly friendly dogs who thought his van was their chariot with a wonderful sense of humor and plenty of understanding. Once again Roto-Rooter lived up to--beyond--my expectations. Not only will I use this company again in the futureI will continue to refer friends and family. They are simply the best. more

I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND AGAIN. ONE THING WITH ME I DO NOT LIKED TO BE PUSHED INTO ANYTHING. AND ROTO ROOTER DOES NOT PUSH ANYBODY THEY MAKE HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE SUGGESTIONS. We were surprised but pleased to find out Roto Rooter does plumbing. They sent someone out the day we called and the plumber took his time talking to us and providing us with the information we needed to make a decision. He checked back with us over the course of a few weeks and answered all of our questions. Once we had made our decision they did a great job of scheduling the work quickly and keeping us informed. The plumber did a great job and prepared us for what the inpecter will look for. We are very pleased with the service and will recommend Roto Rooter to friends and family. more
