The main sewer drain backed up while taking a shower resulting in water discharging onto the lower level floor. Roto-Rooter was called and they sent a plumber from Colorado Springs to address the problem. Many friends have used Roto-Rooter and were pleased with their service. The plumber arrived timely, was courteous, identified and corrected the problem areas. He even used his shop-vac to clean up the water on the floor. I am extremely satisfied with the punctuality and end result of the service received.
