Roto-Rooter really did make my troubles go down the drain - in this case it was a shower pan drain. It kept on leaking and stained our ceiling, caused mold...well you get the idea...

When our clogged kitchen drain was beyond the equipment of our local plumber, he suggested calling Roto-Rooter. Great service -- prompt, cheerful, tidy and expert. Bryan showed the ingenuity necessary in working through the problem in our older home built on a slab. He also fixed a leak in our kitchen sink sprayer, making a trip to purchase a new part in the finish that would match our fixtures. Loved the free estimate and up-front pricing. Will not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter again. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 11/27/11 11/30/2011

After an exhausting day of running around this Sunday I finally settle into my home only to have my toilets back up. I tried to clear the blockage for an hour before I finally decided to look up a plumber in the Cleveland area. I decided to call Roto-Rooter and they sent John out right away. It turns out the problem was a broken pipe on the outside of the house, underground. John was able to return the very next afternoon and completely replace the broken pipe! John was super helpful and the service was great. more

I needed a plumber in the Cleveland area when the sewage drain in my basement backed up over the holiday weekend. I called at night and the person who took my call was very helpful. They sent John out within an hour. John was very helpful and nice and got the issue fixed promptly. He suggested a cleaning service for the damage as well. Hopefully I won't need a plumber again for a while, but I will definitely call Roto-Rooter again if I do. more

I live in the Cleveland area and had a sewage backup in my basement during the holiday weekend and needed a plumber to come out at night. I called Roto-Rooter. The person who took my call was extremely helpful and calm and told me she would have someone out to help me within an hour. John came out and fixed the issue. He was extremely helpful and very nice even though I was a basket case. Great service. Hopefully I will not need a plumber again, but if I do, i will call Roto-Rooter again. more

Grateful for 2723 11/26/2011

Thank you to John #2723 - you saved my Thanksgiving holiday! I'm GRATEFUL! learned the hard way that I should not put potato skins in my garbage disposal! It was 2 am the morning before Thanksgiving and I needed a plumber first thing in the morning. I searched the web for Cleveland Plumbers and found quickly that Roto Rooter was available on holidays and no extra charge. John arrived early Thursday morning - with a warm holiday greeting and fixed my sink! He was wonderful, did a great job and was a true professional. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 11-22-11 11/22/2011

Around 10pm Tuesday night I went downstairs to find water in my basement. Put a call in to Roto-Rooter and in about a half hour one of their night servicemen, Ishmel arrived. He located the problem and snaked my mainline. He explained to me everything he was doing and what to expect. Afterwards he put some treatment in the line to help keep the roots at bay. Throughout he was very cheerful and helpful. So nice to have a serviceman with a smile, even when the call lasted past midnight. Thank you Roto-Rooter from a satisfied Old Brooklyn customer! more

Plumping Help 11/21/2011

For the last week we have had a clogged sink that my husband was not able to fix. Today we called a plumber from Roto-Rooter, they sent Mike this morning who looked at the problem, gave us an estimate and got to work. He was able to remove the clog with out having to knock out a wall:) I would recommend this Cleveland area Roto-Rooter anytime. Thank you! more

Roto-Rooter saves me again! 11/19 11/18/2011

I flushed my upstairs toilet and it wouldn't stop running!! We all know how fun it is trying to fall asleep while hoping the running noise will stop! I couldn't take another sleepless night so I called Roto-Rooter to see how soon a plumber in the Cleveland area could come out. In less than an hour, Derek was at my door! Derek was friendly, and very knowledgeable about his craft! I appreciated the lesson he gave me on the history of toilets, and I now understand why my other toilet often clogs. He even recommended a better plunger that I could purchase. He quickly diagnosed and repaired my problem, and now my home is nice and quiet. He also took time to consult on a non-emergency situation that I plan to have him work on in the future. In this day and age of computers answers phones and cranky service people, it was refreshing to speak to a live person on the phone and have such prompt, courteous service! Thank you Derek and Roto-Rooter! You will certainly be hearing from me again! more

I needed to have a plumber move some plumbing at my daughters house in Cleveland to install a new vanity. Called Roto-Rooter and Mike(229) came to give me an estimate. He scheduled a time that was convenient and he and John(2723) came and did the job. They were great. Very thorough, friendly and cleaned up when done. They even gave some advise concerning a future job I may need done. Excellent job guys! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 11-2-11 11/8/2011

Needed a plumber in the Cleveland area to snake and video our sewer line and was having trouble finding anyone that could come out within a days notice. Roto-Rooter answered the call. They worked for several hours to unclog our sewer line (confused it with the storm line from the street access side) and ultimately diagnosed a problem with both our storm and sewer lines. Was a bit irritating that I could not get any idea on pricing from customer service when they scheduled the work, but John seemed reasonable when explaining their pricing philosophies at my home. More work to be done and Roto-rooter will be considered for the final repairs. more

Thanks, John 2723 and Mike 229 for the great same-day house call, estimates, and fix. They were very neat, clean, timely, and friendly. They pinpointed the problem right away and were honest about it. They even unclogged one of my shower drains at no additional charge, even after spending all afternoon fixing an unrelated leakage problem. On another note, I enjoyed talking with both of them about their own daughters, and being a daughter myself, was able to give them some insight. Thanks, John and Mike! John 2723 did a fantastic job fixing and explaining the root cause of the problem with our faucet. His insight and recommendations were extremely professional and helpful. I would recommend asking for John as we all know at some point down the road we will be running into plumming issues. more
