Review content:
Needed a plumber in the Cleveland area to snake and video our sewer line and was having trouble finding anyone that could come out within a days notice. Roto-Rooter answered the call. They worked for several hours to unclog our sewer line (confused it with the storm line from the street access side) and ultimately diagnosed a problem with both our storm and sewer lines. Was a bit irritating that I could not get any idea on pricing from customer service when they scheduled the work, but John seemed reasonable when explaining their pricing philosophies at my home. More work to be done and Roto-rooter will be considered for the final repairs.
