Roto-Rooter really did make my troubles go down the drain - in this case it was a shower pan drain. It kept on leaking and stained our ceiling, caused mold...well you get the idea...

We called RR and they arrived within 30 mins!. The plumber was very knowledgeable, and was from Cleveland!. He kept me informed of what he was doing and why. Mike #229, discovered and fixed the problem and cleaned up the area. more

I was not sure who to call so I searched online and found Roto-Rooter of Cleveland and am glad I did. They were out within 2 hours. The Plumber (John #3623) was very informative and helpful. He fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up the area he was wroking in. more

I was informed of estimated arrival time, and was pleasantly surprised at the accuracy. Very efficient and courteous, and left the area clean and neat. John, the plumber from Cleveland, was very personable, and if you can enjoy a plumbing repair, then I certainly did. Would never hesitate to ask for his services again! more

When I called, the lady on the phone was very courteous. I was told it would be 2 hours until my service. I later got a call saying they were running late, but got a call soon after saying they were on their way. Larry came pretty close to the original 2 hour quote. Larry was very nice and professional. He explained what was needed and showed me the price list for the work to be done. He also recommended getting a camera inspection and offered money off of it. His manager Dan came by shortly to check on the job. He was also very professional and courteous. They did the work very quickly. The final price was exactly what was quoted to me in the beginning. I would recommend Roto-Rooter as a good plumber in Cleveland.q more

Cleveland Roto-Rooter Plumbers - 3/29/2012 3/29/2012

Roto-Rooter sent 2 plumbers, Dan and Randy, to our property because we were not able to get the water to go down the kitchen drain. Dan took pictures of the drainpipe. He was in and out, not taking long at all. Randy had to clean the drain and pour cement. This job took one whole day, but Randy was ever so patient. He worked straight, not taking any breaks. He was knowledgable and took time to explain everything and answer any/all of my questions. He even cleaned up when he was done. His integrity and professionalism is noteworthy. Both were kind and courteous. I couldn't ask for more! more

Cleveland Plumber (Roto-Rooter) 3/14/2012 3/26/2012

We were experiencing problems in our kitchen sink. After making a call to Cleveland's Roto-Rooter on 3/14/12 I had 2 plumbers within a hour at my door (Mike #229 & John #2723). Their knowledge and professionalism I encountered was nothing, but 1st class. They were courteous and more importanly patienced the entire time at my house. These are the ONLY guys that I would welcome back. Thanks for a job well done! more

Roto rooter Cleveland plumbers were very professional and explained what needed to be done well. Everything was working well when they left. My complaints would be that they didnt fully clean up (tarp packaging/dirt left in the basement) and we were supposed to receive a call to discuss the video they took of the pipes and we have yet to receive that. I even called the supervisor that was supposed to call us today and have yet to receive a callback. more

The plumbers Mike #229 and John # 2723 from Roto -Rooter from Cleveland were friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. Plus, they worked quickly and efficiently. I called on a Saturday afternoon to have my bathroom sinks unclogged and an issue fixed with the bathtub. The plumber #3352(Ed) assigned to me arrive promptly at 5pm as promised. Great Service, Timely Service! 3/5/2012

I was experiencing some repeat plumbing problems. My ""usual plumber"" wanted to come out TOMORROW to snake the main line. I called Roto-Rooter and decided to take advantage of their free quote to diagnose the problem. Larry came out and immediately put my fears to rest. He called out his field manager to stick a camera down my main seer line showing me that part of the pipe had collapsed. I am not happy that I need a new main sewer line but I am satisfied that I REALLY DO need this job to be done. Also, there were able to get the best team out here the same day to complete the job. Again, I am not thrilled to have to devote a whole day to plumbing but I am happy to get it over and down with in such a timely manner! more

When you have a plumbing emergency in Cleveland, Roto-Rooter is always available. I have used Roto-Rooter twice now (once for tree roots growing in the sewer line and another time for a clogged bathtub). Both times they were able to fix the problem very quickly and efficiently. I was pleased with the customer service and would be happy to give 5 stars if I found their services a bit more affordable. more

I had a little water in the basement from sewer line and I called to Roto-Rooter for help. Mike arrived promptly. He took the camera out the sewer and explains to me that we are dealing with a severe root problem and supply possible options to fix. He answered all my questions in plain English so I fully understood the entire procedure. After selection appropriate option they started working next day to replace damaged line on front yard. The fix was done shortly and effective. I would like to say thank entire crew: Mike Z. #7708, Steve T. #3116, and Dan E. I would recommend they work to anyone with plumbing/ drain problems. more
