Review content:
I was experiencing some repeat plumbing problems. My ""usual plumber"" wanted to come out TOMORROW to snake the main line. I called Roto-Rooter and decided to take advantage of their free quote to diagnose the problem.
Larry came out and immediately put my fears to rest. He called out his field manager to stick a camera down my main seer line showing me that part of the pipe had collapsed.
I am not happy that I need a new main sewer line but I am satisfied that I REALLY DO need this job to be done. Also, there were able to get the best team out here the same day to complete the job. Again, I am not thrilled to have to devote a whole day to plumbing but I am happy to get it over and down with in such a timely manner!
