When I called, the lady on the phone was very courteous. I was told it would be 2 hours until my service. I later got a call saying they were running late, but got a call soon after saying they were on their way. Larry came pretty close to the original 2 hour quote.
Larry was very nice and professional. He explained what was needed and showed me the price list for the work to be done. He also recommended getting a camera inspection and offered money off of it.
His manager Dan came by shortly to check on the job. He was also very professional and courteous. They did the work very quickly. The final price was exactly what was quoted to me in the beginning. I would recommend Roto-Rooter as a good plumber in Cleveland.q
