Roto-Rooter really did make my troubles go down the drain - in this case it was a shower pan drain. It kept on leaking and stained our ceiling, caused mold...well you get the idea...

Drain by washer backed up. Called and Bryan Baker from Roto-Rooter 4533 Willow Parkway came within 2 hours. He worked on both the main drain, and the drain by the washer. Found a problem with the main drain that the city needed to take care of. He was efficient and polite, explained everything to me. He called his field supervisor Steve Kaltner to confirm his findings, and he was also very efficient and polite. more

I am very please with the service I received from Bryan Baker, the plumber in this Cleveland area. He was very polite and efficient. Bryan made sure that he explained everything to me, and did not rush through his work.....he called his field supervisor, when he needed to verify the additional problem was something the city should take care of. His supervisor Steve Kaltner, was also very polite and efficient. and also explained the problem that they ran into. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to all my friends, an intend to use Roto-Rooter and Bryan Baker for my future plumbing needs. These are two great employees. \r more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 12-16-10 12/25/2010

My daughter had a problem with her basement drain and called Roto-Rooter. It was the best thing she could have done. Bryan Baker was the plumber who came and he did an excellent job. She was thoroughly impressed with him and the company overall. Everyone she spoke with was courteous and very helpful. So when I had a plumbing emergency a few weeks later (12-16-10), I too called Roto-Rooter in Cleveland and asked if Bryan Baker would be able to come out to see what the problem was. He was extremely nice, very helpful and very knowledgeable. He told me exactly what was wrong and then took care of fixing the problem very efficiently. Its nice to know that there are still companies like \r Roto-Rooter who have wonderful employees who treat their customers so well. Congrats to you. more

They got someone out to my renatal property right away and cleaned-snaked my sewer drain and educated me on the problem and different solutions for the future. I even got to see the camera through my drain to see the root problems accumulating in the drain. I highly reccomend them. more

I would recommend Edward for service to anyone needing a plumber. He spent 3 hours unblocking the clog in my basement. He was personable, polite and relentless. He was determined to get the blockage taken care of and he did. Thanks, Edward. more

My experience with Roto Rooter was pleasant and professional from the first phone call through the completion of the work. Derek was the first to arrive. He arrived right on time, explained the process, and answered all my questions. His co-worker, Scott, joined him. They were both very efficient, thorough, friendly and professional. Roto-Rooter Plumbers - Service Call 11-16-10 11/29/2010

Bryan Baker from Roto-Rooter Plumbers came to my house because my basement drain was clogged. He assessed the situation within 15 minutes of arriving and told me what was wrong and how much it would cost. He was thorough, efficient and neat; but most of all, he never seemed bothered by the fact that my Golden Retriever wanted to follow him everywhere---he took it all in stride. He did a great job, and if I ever need Roto-Rooter again, I would request Bryan as my Plumber! more

I have had nothing but problems with my sump pump running constantly with down spout issues as well. I called Roto-Rooter and was immediately told that someone would be out within the hour, and they were!!!! I don't know anywhere else you can get that kind of service. I had the pleasure of getting Anthony (#30-2727) to come out who gave me an immediate answer, a new sump pump and a more durable one. He suggested I replace the bad one, and snake out the spouts outside that kept the pump running morning, noon and night. He was knowledgeable and offered an answer to my problem. He was professional and willing to listen to my problem, and give me an answer on the spot. Roto-Rooter in CLEVELAND will be the professional plumbers I call in the future, especially Anthony, he's trustworthy and knows his plumbing! I can sleep with a piece of mind knowing mu pump is now working full capcacity. Thanks Roto-Rooter and Anthony THE PLUMBER!!.. more

We needed a drain snaked from a downspout that was backing up. Bryan #1663 was our technician and he arrived promptly and was very professional. \r \r He reviewed the services I had requested, and even called Seven Hills City Hall to verify sewer and sanitation lines.\r \r He snaked out the drain and then addressed the inside drains as I requested. He was very thorough and clean, and made sure everything was put back properly.\r \r He was careful to work within my budget, as my husband has been unemployed and money has been tight. He advised me of the price before doing any service, and made sure all of my questions were answered.\r \r I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter, they are available 24/7, are professional, and resolve the problem. more

top notch, prompt service 11/4/2010

Last night after doing laundry I noticed water coming back up from the drain under the washtub. The drain overflowed. I checked the sink drain to make sure nothing was stuck and it wasn't. I called Roto Rooter and the dispatcher arranged for a truck to come out the next morning. I was not home when the work was done. My husband said the plumbers worked hard and solved the problem. The drains are clear. The plumbers left a receipt, a copy of the guarantee and a suggestions on how to prevent the clog in the future. Roto Rooter has been our go to plumbing company for years. We recommend Roto Rooter to everyone! more
