The service that I received from Roto-Rooter on July 18, 2009 was excellent. My hot water tank had been off all winter & I had to heat up water every morning before going to work. I purchased a new hot water tank from your company. Your technician, Mr. Jones #703 was an angel. He was prompt, courteous, efficient & professional. This morning, my husband requested an appointment online between 12-5. We got a call at 11:30 that someone would be at our house within 1/2 hour. Joe arrived a little before noon and gave me an estimate. He also told me he may be able to use existing parts rather than putting on a new one, which saved us $125. While he was here, he also fixed another problem, and gave us a discount on the work for that. Joe was fast, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful. In our older home, we have dealt with other reputable plumbing companies in the past and have never felt as satisfied with those other companies.
