Roto-Rooter really did make my troubles go down the drain - in this case it was a shower pan drain. It kept on leaking and stained our ceiling, caused mold...well you get the idea...

Highly Recommended 12/11/2009

My husband and I decided to undertake a bathroom remodeling project, doing everything ourselves except the plumbing. We interviewed about 9 plumbers in the area, and only 2 wanted to come out to inspect the situation. Of the 2, Phil at Roto Rooter, appeared the most knowledgeable and was able to give an estimate that day. He was available on the next saturday when we wanted to do our work. Arrived promptly at 8am and did a wonderful job replacing the fixtures behind the wall of our shower as well as the drain pipe. Although he could not reach the entire drain line without tearing out our walls, he did thoroughly clean the pipe he could not replace. During the demolition phase, my husband broke the toilet with the sledge hammer, and being 34 weeks pregnant, we absolutely could not live without our toilet! ROTO ROOTER SERVICE 12/07/2009? - ? - Today\r We are pleased with the work that they did. I heard from my husband in the afternoon that ""we had a problem"" in our basement. As it turns out, there was sewage backup in our laundry area downstairs... how embarrasing as i had company over by the time we found out our ill fate. When I called roto-rooter, they were on their way before I got off the phone (we have a baby so this truely was an emergency). The main service man, John and his colleague were both very polite and professional....they explained what was wrong and though we ended up needing more work done than i expected, they explained everything to me very well and worked efficiently at fixing the problem. the area was cleaned up and they had it done in no time! \r \r Pros: very professional more

Steve, Larry and Paul did an excellent job of determining the cause of our sewer backup and did a great job of fixing the problem. Great Service 11/30/2009

I had a backup in my downstairs toilet. My technician Anthony went above and beyond all meaures to this drain cleaned up. He was very nice and explained in depth all that he was doing. He made some recommendations but did not make me uncomftable at all. I would recommend Roto Rooter anyone and would recomend Anthony as my technician more

Simply the Best! 11/22/2009

I have never taken the time to write a review before, but after my experience with Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service, I felt compelled to do so. From the moment I called Roto-Rooter, I was completely impressed with their professionalism and competency. I was having problems with my sewer line from my house, which I learned was caused by mass roots penetrating the lines. I called Roto-Rooter around 9am on Saturday morning, and my called was instantly answered by a representative, no recording, no automated maze to struggle through in order to talk to someone. The man on the phone was extremely courteous and informative. He advised me that a service man would be at my house within 1 hour to provide me with a free estimate, and to answer any questions I had. In less than an hour, a gentleman by the name of Phil, was at my door. He was extremely knowledgeable, informative, and carried himself in a professional manner. Had a kitchen sink that wouldn't clear and called for service. The technician, John (#2723), showed up about 30 minutes from when i first called. He was knowledgeable, sympathetic and went the extra mile, even resealing a pipe in the basement after snaking it out. He explained everything he did and while he recommended a product to keep the pipes open, he didn't make me feel uncomfortable for not buying it. Roto Rooter Prompt Service Call 11/10/2009

We had a difficult situation requiring several days of work with Roto-Rooter. Once our call was placed, David Neale was on site the same day to investigate our problem with a technician. He and Steve #3392 were very thorough and helpful. We required camera work in our pipes and cast iron pipes to be grinded and cut out then replaced. Steve worked well with our maintenance tech providing tips for the future and David provided the owners of the property step-by-step progress of the job. Thank you for your timely and hard work. Came home to find my water heater leaking. Called Roto-Rooter and they had a plumber at my home within an hour. The water heater was replaced and the old one hauled away in less than 4 hours. Most importantly I know from past experience that you can trust their work because they employ only certified plumbers. Very pleased! Pros: Very prompt service. more

What a Great Service Organization 10/28/2009

What a great organization. This morning 10/28/2009, woke up at my usual time 5:30 am to take my shower in the basement. As I approached downstairs I heard my sump pump on when I turned the corner there was 4-5 inches of water. Living in the Cleveland area, in a house built 1927, for 22 years, I had never experienced such. At 5:40am I called roto rooter to my surprise, someone answered, not tired, was alert and concern. They immediately told me not to worry they would send someone out. They explained that the person would call before they come between 8:00 and 10:00am. To my surprise, 7:20, someone called and said they would be on there way. By 8:00 John #2723 was at my door, explaining to my husband and I what to expect from him. He inturn snaked the drain and found tree roots. Explained that he would call to get the guy with the camera to assess the extent of the damage. Everyone was helpful, knew there role and applied there experise to finding the proper solution for our specific case. Thank you to all. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone needing similar help. Roto Rooter Great Service 8/30/2009

I have used Roto Rooter for a few years and they have always been excellent. Yesterday we had our shower break - I called and they were out within 3 hours. I placed a call for service around 8:30, pm steve our technician showed up at 9:30 pm and had our kitchen sink unclogged by 11:30 pm. It was a great experience for first time with a plumbing company. I also loved the fact there was a 30.00 dollar off coupon for any service on their website...that is always helpful...highly recommended more
