Bryan, Cleveland Plumber, was awesome. Arrived on time, covered his shoes, fixed the problem, cleaned and disinfected the area he was working in when done. We have used this company several times and will continue to call them when service is needed. more

This plumbing service and Jonh in particular was very prompt and helpful when I called with a emergency problem at 10:30pm.John was on site and able to get us started in fixing the water leak. We had to call the water dept. to turn off the main water supply and jJhn returned the next morning and fiwed the leak.Also while on this call I asked him to look at an other problem which he also fixed, Over all this service very helpful, knowledgable ,and fixed my problems in a timely manner more

Our kitchen drain was backing up and with three very small children in the house, I needed a plumber fast! We called Roto-Rooter late Friday night. They showed up Saturday morning, at no extra charge for the weekend and promptly resolved our plumbing issue. Bryan, the plumber that came to the house, was very professional, courteous and fixed the problem quickly. He made an extra effort to stay so that he knew the drain was unclogged. While having waterproofing done on my basement wall, the waterproofing guy found roots in my draintiles. I called RotoRooter to TV the drain. \r \r After a brief discussion with Al #703 it made sense for me to have all my drains snaked and inspected since I have been in the house for 30+ years and have never had the drains snaked or checked.\r \r Al was friendly, knowledgeable and had he not shown interested upon the initial arival, I may have not used their service. I'm glad I did, and I now have peace of mind that the money I spent on waterproofing will not go to waste as the drains are clean. I looked over their shoulder the entire time and saw for myself the blockage and the results after the jetting.\r \r Also Al was training a new person, and that new person is getting a great person to train him.\r \r Great job! more

Big wet spot in the kitchen ceiling so I goggled Plumber Cleveland and called the 5 closest ones. One did not answer the phone. Second call was the voice-mail at Bedford City Hall. Third One I left a message - they never called back. Forth, told me between $1,500 and $2000. Fifth was Roto-Rooter with a very professional woman who asked all the right questions, quickly and to the point. Bryan (#1663) was at the house within 2 hours and quoted less than half the other guy. He had the parts in his hand as he walked in and said that he could start as soon as I wanted. Work was on time and he did a nice job cleaning up. I think he even ran our dishwasher! more

I was in need of a plumber in Cleveland, so Bryan (#1663) came out to snake my bathroom drain. He was conscientious from the beginning - putting covers over his shoes, putting a mat down, etc. He took the time to point out specific piping, what went to what appliance, as well as what I would probably want to think about replacing in the future. He explained what he was doing and wasn't bothered by my questions. more

Steve, #3116, came to my house about 3 - 3:30 PM to jet out my sewer line. After jetting he put a camera down to make sure everything was cleaned out of the line. He noticed a piece of metal that had twisted part way off of one of the pipes and did not want to leave that there as it would probably catch paper or what not and I'd end up with a clog. So he snaked out the line and after working for several hours at that he finally got it out. He was very thorough and made sure the job was done correctly. more

Our daughter flushed a pair of under ware down our toilet, which led to a major back up. I called Roto-Rooter in Cleveland and within an 1 1/2 we had a very nice knowledgeable plumber show up at our door step. Mike our plumber was very efficient and took me step by step as to what he was doing. I was pleasantly surprised when his manager also showed up at our door step with a camera after we realized it was more than just the under ware causing a problem. Needless to say, the under ware got hung up on tree roots and a solution to the problem was quickly recommended. Mike left and we received a new plumber "Jonathan" who brought in a jet to clear out the tree roots. My husband and I were very happy with the friendly, efficient service we received and would absolutely call them again should any other problems arise.\r \r Thanks Roto-Rooter!!! more

After 3 days without luck trying to snake a very clogged and hard to reach drain myself I called Roto-rooter. Within an hour, Keith was there and quickly got the drain unplugged. This company has great communication and follow through. Keith and the service representative who originally took my call were both extremely polite and professional. more

our family was in the belief that we had a serious drain clog in our shower. we tried the usual to fix it ourselves, but nothing seemed to work. so after finding the trusty old drain snake in the garage and having that fail we decided to call roto-rooter. the plumber they sent was courteous and friendly as well as fast. he wound up finding out in no time that it was a mechanical problem with our drain mechanism and fixed it in a snap. he also treated our other drains as a precaution. and after all of that care that he put in we were charged very little. our home is very appreciative and would like to thank roto-rooter again for the great service. more

Well our experience all started out with a DIY job my grandmothers friend and i were replacing and old sink,we managed to do that just fine but upon investigation of the shut off valve for the water to the house we had come to the conclusion the packing nut was busted in half.\r We sat there trying to figure out what to do for a while.We decided we cant to the job the plumbing was over 50 years old.My grandmother wanted to call some guy out in another city but that would take till monday it was saterday.We did not want to go without water that long so i told here id look up plumbers online.The first one i decided to go to out of the 13 possible was Roto-Rooter because they do 24/7 work and have been in around for a long time.Sure enough not more than an hour after we set up a Plumber come out he came from cleveland and we live in north olmsted. Steve Garrison got right to work and i asked him if he minded that i watched to learn a thing or two he said he dident mind at all and over the course of a few hours steve and i talked about the job and i learned alot.He did a top notch job and swift too i must say for how bad that job looked.I recommend Roto-Rooter for all of your problems needing solved fast and quality. more

Steve came and fixed our problem of our new sink not draining. We had 4 previous persons come out and they were unable to solve our problem, but Steve kept at it and figured it out. He was most persistent, very polite and courteous and a joy to have in our home. He also cleaned the sink so it sparkled. Someone we would not hesitate to call again and refer him to others. more
