I am very please with the service I received from Bryan Baker, the plumber in this Cleveland area. He was very polite and efficient. Bryan made sure that he explained everything to me, and did not rush through his work.....he called his field supervisor, when he needed to verify the additional problem was something the city should take care of. His supervisor Steve Kaltner, was also very polite and efficient. and also explained the problem that they ran into. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to all my friends, an intend to use Roto-Rooter and Bryan Baker for my future plumbing needs. These are two great employees. \r
