Hospice care for cars is stupid. 12/18/2015

I appreciate your input in confirming that my Envoy is still viable. I runs great, but having 186,000 miles on it, things go wrong, and the vehicle has no trade in value; so I always wonder if it is worth fixing; so thanks for trying to save me money by doing as little as is necessary even though when I bring it in it is profitable for you to fix the 12 year old once fancy heavy duty Envoy. more

Honest, Affordable and Reliable 12/15/2015

I always appreciate the honest response to my questions, and the affordable and reliable work done on my vehicles. At least for me, there is no need for a second opinion (after searching the internet so I can bug Adam with more questions, that is! :-) And he is always ready to respond and recommend. pretty good 12/9/2015

I found it easy to book (online), and the shuttle service makes dropping the car off easy. Happy with the work and price point. But, I did feel that there was some miscommunication on how long the car would be there. Also, they forgot the requested oil change, but also didn't charge me for it. So, that's a wash. more

I don't want to take advantage, but I need your help on little things sometimes. 11/24/2015

It was for my other car that I wasn't even having you service, but I asked Adam if I had the right light bulb for my tail light. He was probably right in saying yes because it was the right bulb, but I put it in and it still didn't work. Then the guy at AutoZone said it might be the circuit board which was $17. Still didn't work. So - I put a new light bulb into a different socket and it worked. I guess I might have just asked Adam to help me out even though I thought I could do it myself. In my mind I thought he would say, "OK - that'll be ten bucks." so I spent more than that anyways because I was so dumb. Thanks for your service. more

Oil Change and electrical problems 10/17/2015

Great Service at reasonable prices. I get both of my cars serviced through Ron's and They always take good care of my cars. I'm usually in and out the same day, and they let me know what needs to be done, as well as how much it will cost to do the things that can wait so I can plan my budget. more

Honest and fast 10/5/2015

My car has repeatedly broken down in the past few months and although no mechanic shop can ascertain the exact reason (aside from it being an old piece of junk), Ron's has been the most helpful and straightforward, as well as the most affordable. They also have the best customer service and seem very honest! No price gouging here. more
