Wonderful customer service! 12/14/2013

I took my suburban to them for a second estimate, and ended up leaving it with them to get it fixed! The first place quotes me at $2500 and the Ron's fixed it for $1120. They explained to me what they fixed in layman's terms, and my car is running well! I love that they are also able to give you rides while your car is in the shop. Such a wonderful, family-like atmosphere! I would definitely recommend them. more

Flat Fix 11/14/2013

I had a tire that had a very slow leak. It would go flat after about 3-4 days. I took it to rons to get repaired. They got me an appointment that fit my schedule and were polite enough when i dropped my car off. The work was good and my tire is fixed. However, this is the first shop my car has ever been at that they took my car for a drive after a flat fix. Taking someones car for a drive after a flat fix is unneccesary. If a transmission was rebuilt i would have no problem but for a flat fix, not needed. It seemed like the mechanic was more for a joyride that a test of the car. more

Timely service for a fair price 11/13/2013

We took our Odyssey in for a check engine light. Ron's diagnosed it and quoted the repair. We were able to pick up our (properly repaired)vehicle the next day and the total was a few cents UNDER the quote! Nice work, Ron's! more

Honest 9/4/2013

While we did NOT end up using them to repair our little Geo Metro, their honesty and approach to us with the "issues" was good to hear and see (especially since we are new to the city and will be needing a good "honest" mechanic). For those asking, we ended up not using them because the car's value is just not worth it. more

Personalized Service is Great 8/21/2013

I have no complains, I have been twice for oil change and general check up. Normally when I take my car to one of those chain places they always have a long list of expensive suggestions that I should do to my car, and make me nervous, but they only want the money, here they are honest and would only tell you something is wrong when it is really wrong and not just to get your money! more

Overpriced quote 8/9/2013

Firstly charging $40 for just a quick check up of the car which I had already pointed out where the issue was is a rip off. My front strut mount was broke and in your quote not only labor is way over priced, the sway bar links which were fine were put down for replacement. Also the issue with the noise was in the CV axle but you just went with the easiet choice which was the strut. Overall a much over the top quote, charge double for parts which can be purchased across the street and like most places not fair. more
