Overall the experience was very good but I would have liked to save more money on the repair I had done. The friendly and helpful staff will bring me back if I ever have any issues with my car in the future. more

Overall good experience! 2/11/2013

Very accomodating & friendly staff. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 star is due to price. Compared to the service we pay on the rest of our fleet of vehicles, the prices were a bit high. But good service overall. more

My car just had numerous problems and Ron's Auto was able to get my car in and out within a few short days. It was painless and the staff was nice! If the car breaks down of any of my friends, who like me, don't know squat about cars I know where I'll be sending them! more

Always get good advice 8/5/2011

We have a few "vintage" Volvos, and repair investment is always a concern. I'm sure at some time it will be time to put these babies to rest, but for now they just keep rollin'. I always get good advice on the best way to keep the vehicles on the road with the most efficient use of repair $$. THANKS Guys! more

Short notice 8/3/2011

They worked me in on short notice for an oil change and to look the car over to see if anything was wrong with it (I just purchased this car recently). They did both, and only charged for the oil change! more

I've went with Ron's twice while at ISU. They've offered unprecedented service in my opinion, solving my mysterious car problems. They're honest about costs and what you need. I would recommend them to everyone. more

Worst Experience Ever 3/10/2011

The red 'Brake!' light was on in my brother's car dashboard console and it was beeping constantly (like it does when you try to get out of the car with the lights on, constantly.) So he took his car in and they said it was a malfunctioning sensor and they disabled the beeper. Surely they would check other simple things that would cause those same lights and beepers to go off, right? Such as low break fluid, for example. Well they didn't. Instead, they just tore out the beeper, disabled his windshield wipers (I want to reiterate that, they DISABLED HIS WINDSHIELD WIPERS) and then charged him fifty bucks for it. So now his car STILL has the problem, plus another problem courtesy of Ron's. Avoid this place at all costs. more

Great Service 12/8/2007

The service is really great they tell you exactly what is wrong with your car and don't try to sell you stuff that you don't need. The people that work there are very friendly and the price is right. I will continue to bring my car back for service. more
