I love Rome food I have had a couple of problems with them forgetting my food and when my food arrives its often cold. When I called and spoke to the manger about this problem he said he would take care of this as of lately they haven't forgotten any food. The Philly Chicken Sub is pretty good I would highly recommend that. more

Food is pretty good. It is usually a little late and is slightly cooled off, so I use the microwave to warm it up. Food is always tasty, though. more

I ordered the steak and cheese sub. Probably one of the best I've ordered. It had a good amount of steak, other similar places seem to be stingy with the meat. Definitely will order from them again. more

I just ordered from this restaurant and it was terrible. The cheeseburger was so burnt it was inedible, there was a staple in my fries, and I ordered Coke and got a Pepsi. The fries come seasoned, though not advertised as so. When I made a complaint the restaurant was not willing to be helpful, while the employees at Grub Hub did all they could and I appreciate that, this is a specific restaurant I will NEVER waste my money on again. I ended up having to throw all the food away. If I could give it zero stars I would. more

The food was great, cheese/bacon fries were good, wings kick ass. Pizza was pretty good, crust was great but the sauce is too thick and rich for my taste but good none the less. The star was the steak and cheese. I've never had a steak & cheese where it wasn't just sliced meat, this one was actually chunks of steak! I couldn't believe it when I bit into it! It was awesome! I will keep getting food from here as this is my new fav place to order from! more

I ordered the 3 chicken tacos, a half-gallon of tea, and a strawberry cheesecake. Everything was prepared the way I like it and the tea was absolutely perfect. Almost as good as the sweet tea my mom makes. All-in-all, this restaurant will be hearing from me again. more
