Very reasonably priced\r \r I had phoned around a few companies for a quote on a service call for my fridge freezer, finding Redline Appliances to be very reasonably priced. I arranged a time slot for the next day and was very happy when the repairman turned up on time. He did a great job, locating the problem of my dripping fridge, and cleaned up the part instead of simply replacing it. The overall charge was very reasonably and I cannot fault the workmanship. more

Truly excellent service!\r \r When my oven stopped working, I expected to wait days until someone would come and see me. To my surprise, Peter came to my home late the same evening, explaining that he liked to always put the customer first and would work late whenever necessary. He found the faulty part and went away to order it, saying he would come back the next day to fit it. I was expecting him to call in the afternoon or evening but he arrived before lunchtime and proceeded to fix my oven. Now that’s what I call an excellent service all round!\r more

Peter saved me time and money yet again!\r \r Most of the appliances in my home are quite old, so when they break I phone Peter at Redline Appliances for impartial advice. Over the years he has mended my cooker, my washer (twice!) and just today he helped me locate a reconditioned oven after declaring mine useful only for scrap. I know I can totally rely on Peter and he will always find the solution that is the most economical as well as only using the best quality parts. more

The best appliance repair company in New York City \r \r As a landlord with a number of properties in NYC I find that my tenants are breaking appliances a lot. I don’t know how they manage it. I always want to be there when the appliance is fixed so that I can pay cash to the person carrying out the repair. It is a complete hassle when a company does not turn up when they say they are going to turn up. This is why it is a pleasure working with Peter. If he says that he is going to arrive at a certain time then he will. He is my ‘go to’ guy from now on and has been for the past year. more
