When my oven stopped working, I expected to wait days until someone would come and see me. To my surprise, Peter came to my home late the same evening, explaining that he liked to always put the customer first and would work late whenever necessary. He found the faulty part and went away to order it, saying he would come back the next day to fit it. I was expecting him to call in the afternoon or evening but he arrived before lunchtime and proceeded to fix my oven. Now that’s what I call an excellent service all round!\r
