As a landlord with a number of properties in NYC I find that my tenants are breaking appliances a lot. I don’t know how they manage it. I always want to be there when the appliance is fixed so that I can pay cash to the person carrying out the repair. It is a complete hassle when a company does not turn up when they say they are going to turn up. This is why it is a pleasure working with Peter. If he says that he is going to arrive at a certain time then he will. He is my ‘go to’ guy from now on and has been for the past year.
