I just recently bought my first home. We dealt with Michael Cox and i have to say it was a fantastic experience. Michael knew what he was doing and any questions I had he was extremely knowledgeable. He took care of everything on that end in a timely manner and we closed exactly when I said I wanted to. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a great experience with home buying. From the first phone call Thomas walked me through every step. Even if I didn't understand something, he took the time to call or e-mail and explain. I have to write this review for anyone who is thinking of buying a home. And does not know where to begin with the loan process. Because that was us, a few months! My husband and I found our dream home and by that greatest of luck found Thomas Koger too! We had gone to two loan companies before Ranlife and it did not look good for us. We began to loose hope, and than we found Thomas! He did every single thing in his power to get us that loan. I heard about USDA loans from a coworker. He said he was able to get a good loan with good rates when he had not so great credit. This fit the bill for my family! I googled USDA loans and found RANLIFE'S website. I was not ready in my head for a loan yet as I have never purchased a house and did not think I was financially ready to buy a house. I did not think I had enough money for a down payment and closing costs. I just wanted to see if i would qualify for a loan when i was ready. On the web site they said just fill out a app even if you are not ready and see if you qualify and I did. About a week later, I got a call from Mike at Ran Life and he told me we were pre qualified for a home for the amount I asked for. I told him about not thinking I was ready and he assured me we could make it work. I was shocked that I just might be able to buy a home for my family! I thanked him and told my wife to start looking for a house as we were pre qualified. My wife was estatic! We found about 4 or 5 houses that fit the bill and looked at them. The very last house we looked at was the one we ended up buying. The process was great and the ending was a house - you can't beat that with a stick! Ran Life helped us buy our first house and Mike was a great person to work with and was in no way was a used car sales person pushing gimicks. We are so grateful for Ran Life and Mike! Thanks to Paul Alcott and Ranlife we were able to refinace at an amazing rate of 4.75%!!! I never would have believed it possible but Paul made it happen. He never quit working for me and always treated me like a real person. He even remembered things about me and my family from years earlier. RANLife was very fast, we had our loan processed and finalized in two weeks, I couldn't believe how fast it went through. We were referred by a friend who went through them as well. We are glad we called them because they were so friendly and fast. Our loan officer, Cameron Bishop, was awesome. He was so knowledgeable, he answered all my questions (I had a lot) and he always returned my calls. They also got us an awesome rate, no other lender was even close. My wife and I were buying and home and were dealing with another lender that kept giving us the run around. A, friend recommend Residential Acceptance Network. They were able to get everything finalized within a week and we were able to close on time. Everyone there was very helpful, and worked very hard to get everything done on time; something the other company could not manage with 8 weeks time. They were also able to get us a better rate than the other lender. I would definately recommend dealing with Residential Acceptance and do not doubt that the bad review was written by a bitter competitor, maybe the lender we dropped that couldn't close the deal. If your looking at refinancing your home mortgage...DO NOT go through this company. The agents have no clue on what they are doing and they will definetly mislead you in many differant ways to the point to where you will lose out on alot of money...DO NOT use this company!!!
