Anyone who has ever bought their first home knows that it can be a very stressful adventure. Jordan Bishop with Ranlife took all of the stress away. He was very knowledgable, professional, and prompt throughout our dealings with him. He walked us through the entire process, was patient with all of our questions, and kept in contact with us to make sure we were happy with our progress. Despite being several states away, it felt as if Jordan Bishop was our hometown lending agent. For anyone buying their first home, I highly recommend Jordan Bishop with Ranlife. Jordan Bishop was very patient and extremely helpful. He didn't mind going over the smallest of details with us and answered each one of our questions in a manner that we could easily understand all the numbers mumbo jumbo. He was very knowledgable about his job and even went out of his way to find us the best deal. He was prompt at getting back to us with answers and is well spoken. We were able to save quite a bit of money on our monthly mortgage and we have recommended him to everyone we know!! We would definitely use his services again. more

Jordan from RanLife Homes was so wonderful to work with. As a first time home buyer, I was nervous about the process of home-buying. Jordan guided me through the process, & even found me a reliable Realtor in my area! I definitely recommend RanLife, I would choose them if I were to do it again. The loan process was simple and I imagine not the most simple as I live in Southern oregon and work odd hours resulting in a few missed calls. Still, Jordan has been patient and positive and most of all, helpful. I cannot thank him enough for setting me on this path. I urge anybody considering buying to apply. more

Jordan Bishop at Ranlife was AMAZING to work with!!! At first I was very nervous to use a company out of state (I live in IL) but after my experience working with Jordan I am SO extremely happy I chose Ranlife! Jordan is very professional, compassionate and genuine. The whole team at Ranlife really work together to see what can be done and what the best option is according to the situation at hand. My situation is a very unique one and VERY challenging at times. It felt every option we found we hit road blocks because of my situation. Well, Ranlife made it happen!! We have worked with Jordan Bishop and RANLife twice and both have been amazing and easy. We are in Texas but have had no problems with any of it. The emails are always clear as to what is needed and it is not hard to reach them via phone when necessary. Jordan has worked with us to find the best program for us and get us the best rate with the least out of pocket. Would definitely recommend RANLife to anyone looking to buy a home or refinance. more

I refinanced my home with RanLife Home Loans at the beginning of 2013 and I was blown away with how quickly everything went through. Greg Walker and Jaymie Tarshis were on the ball in looking out for my best interests; they both represent the company with great integrity. They locked me at a rate that blew the competition away and their fees were extremely low. I couldn't have been happier with their customer service, follow up and overall ease of the transaction. We had never heard of Ran Life before and felt like we were taking a chance of having a bad experience for financing our new home. They did not disappoint us. We are so thankful for the help and quick responses from Brent Barns at Ran Life. We went through a very long short sale. During the time of waiting for the banks he would call to check on us to see how things were going and if there was anything he could do to help speed up the process. We were never waiting on anything from them. Brent would always return our calls quickly and was always friendly and helpful at explaining everything. We plan of refinancing and will defiantly use Ran Life and have Brent Barns help us. more

Working with Ty Burbidge was fantastic. He did an excellent job at helping me understand the loan process and what all of my options were. He worked fast and made sure we got our loan as fast as we could. At the same time that we applied for a USDA loan my friend applied for a USDA loan through Wells Fargo. While my friend waited and listened to excuses from Wells Fargo we were moving into our new home already. My friend's loan was finally finished a MONTH after we had already moved in. more

He has shown such professionalism with every situation..even when things didn't go just as planned. He has integrity, ethics and great morals. I'm so glad we chose Ranlife life to do our first mortgage it was an easy seamless process, Greg took such good care of us,we had no worries, the underwriting was quick and we could sign anywhere we chose. We have since been back twice to refinance as interest rates went down, both times Ran went above and beyond what we would have expected. This is the only company I would choose do do my loans. more

A risk worth taking? 6/7/2013

I am glad that so many people had a good experience with RanLife. I wish we could say the same. Choosing to work with this company is a risk. We were first time homebuyers in an average situation. We experienced the classic “bate and switch”. Had I not been involved with the process, they would have pulled a fast one on me. I literally had to babysit the loan officer as well as the real estate agent. I had to remind my agent about the final walk through. Thank goodness I knew the process and was educated. A day before closing they came to me and said that I didn’t meet the requirements and that they had to raise my interest rate a whole percent!!! It turns out I didn’t meet the requirements on something that that I had disclosed to them a month prior, and their poor management overlooked it. Had I known I didn’t qualify I would have gone to a different lender. Unfortunately (for me) they waited until the last second and had me over a barrel. When I complained to t more
