after 32 months of hard credit fixing and over a dozen different mortgage companys telling me no ,no . no ,I gave RANLIFE a shot , my agents name is ERIC MARTIN, the MAN , THE MYTH, THE LEDGEN, HE is like me if you have the will he will find away to get you in a home, and he did just that ,he is the only agent that called me or e-mail 2 to 3 times a day to keep me up on everything, he was awesome. if your really looking for a outstanding agent give Eric Martin call. Something as big as buying your first home can be a scary experience. We didn’t know the first thing about buying a home, other than the research we did online, and didn’t know if we would even be able to do it. Hiring Tarik Saran, through RANLife, as our loan officer was probably the best thing we could have done. He made the experience very painless and at the end of the day, fun! We could count on him throughout the entire process, start to finish, at any time day or night. He never got bugged by my millions of questions and was always professional and kind in all of our encounters. He really got us the best deal he could and jumped through hoops to make sure we were happy. I’ll be referring anybody I know who is in the market for a new home or to refinance their existing home to Tarik. He is seriously amazing at his job and has a lot of happy people to show for it! more

I am a Realtor that recently worked with Tarik on a transaction in Lake County, CA. The buyers chose Tarik as their preferred lender and I found him to to be a pleasure to work with. I have worked with many buyers lenders over the years and he really seems to know his stuff. He took the time to explain each step and did a great job keeping all parties informed. There were a few hiccups like in any transaction and he forged forward and found creative alternatives to help the buyers get their dream home. Yes! I recommend Tarik for your lending needs! more

Tarik is a professional at what he does and really cares for his clients. Tarik has extensive knowledge on all major loan products and this really helps his clients to be informed in order to make the best possible decision. I have seen Tarik bend over backwards for his clients time and time again and I know that he will get the job done in a timely manner and he will do it the right way. Tarik's capacity is large and he has shown the ability to handle many clients as he has progressed in his business while treating each client like they are his only client. I'm so happy that you were our agent. You worked hard and fast to get us into the house of our dreams. At times we would forget that you were working with so many other people at the same time you were working with us, and we would start to panic a little, but you were always there to reassure us that things were going great, and they were!!!! Tarik Saran of RANLife Home Loans was fast and effective service in setting me up on my home loan. His ""record time"" in getting me closed on my new home by the end of the month allowed me to save a considerable sum in closing costs, which ended up being even lower than he promised!\r \r I also appreciated his diligent and thorough efforts in communicating with me on the progress of the loan approval process, even ""after hours"" into the evening on several occasions. Providing me informative documents to help me understand the lingo and theory behind the loan process was also a plus. I had a great experience getting my home loan from RANLife. John Brown was always available to me in person, over the phone, text messages, or email. This was my first home loan and he was very patient with me, explaining things in a way to help me understand. Their rates and customer service were great and I'm excited to continue working with them. I would highly recommend them. more

I recently purchased a home and Ran life home loans made the process seem so easy. My loan officer was John Brown. John went out of his way almost Daily contacting me and giving me updates on my loan process. John made sure all my documents were in order and assisted me with the thousand questions I had during this process. My escrow was suposed to be 45 days however John and the folks at Ran Life Home Loans had me closed in less that 30 days. I couldn't imagine it going any better. I will most definetly be a customer of Ran life for life and will reccommend them. Thanks for making my home buying experience so great. more

I have always hated anything to do with home loans. It was always a horrible experience with hidden fees and way too much stress. After putting off refinancing my home for several years, I had reached a point where it just had to be done. I contacted RANLife and Vicki Watters came to my rescue! She is an amazing person; she helped me analyze my current credit and showed me where my payments would do the most good. My loan closed quickly and without any problems or surprises at the end. I would recommend Vicki and RANLife to ANYONE looking to do a home loan. They are the best! more

Worst experience ever!! Process dragged on for well over 6 weeks and they kept telling me that things were good and that we can close ""next week"". And then, surprise, I have to come up with a bunch of money to get the loan done. Felt totally mislead. My credit is ruined because I followed their ""guidance"". I had heard good things about this company and that's why I wanted to work with them.... but now I know better. more

My experience with Ranlife was nothing short of AMAZING! I shopped around for USDA and HUD lenders in California. Most lenders did not know much about USDA loans and directed me to a HUD loan. I contacted Ranlife and was amazed how easy it was to get a USDA loan. Ty Burbidge and his team were with me every step of the way. He answered all my questions and explained the advantages of a USDA loan over a HUD loan. We never thought we would be able to purchase our own home, but they made our dream come true. Ty Burbidge was awesome, his understanding and professionalism was exceptional, as was everyone I dealt with at Ranlife. If you have been wondering if you can qualify for a USDA loan, contact Ty.
