The service we received from Lance was exceptional. He helped us every step of the way, & explained what was happening at each point in the process. There was a lot of paperwork to send in, but Lance made it easy for us to get him the information that he needed. Our loan closed in the time frame that was expected. We couldn't be more pleased with Lance! He was awesome!!! more

I wanted a "handyman special" that I could live in with my 3 kids while I fix it. I was having a problem getting a down payment together and thought the dream of owning a home was never going to happen. Everyone at RANLife worked really hard to make it happen. I got more house and yard for my kids and dog than what other agencies said I would be able to afford. We are so happy. Thank you so much!!! more
