I heard about USDA loans from a coworker. He said he was able to get a good loan with good rates when he had not so great credit. This fit the bill for my family! I googled USDA loans and found RANLIFE'S website. I was not ready in my head for a loan yet as I have never purchased a house and did not think I was financially ready to buy a house. I did not think I had enough money for a down payment and closing costs. I just wanted to see if i would qualify for a loan when i was ready. On the web site they said just fill out a app even if you are not ready and see if you qualify and I did. About a week later, I got a call from Mike at Ran Life and he told me we were pre qualified for a home for the amount I asked for. I told him about not thinking I was ready and he assured me we could make it work. I was shocked that I just might be able to buy a home for my family! I thanked him and told my wife to start looking for a house as we were pre qualified. My wife was estatic! We found about 4 or 5 houses that fit the bill and looked at them. The very last house we looked at was the one we ended up buying. The process was great and the ending was a house - you can't beat that with a stick! Ran Life helped us buy our first house and Mike was a great person to work with and was in no way was a used car sales person pushing gimicks. We are so grateful for Ran Life and Mike! Thanks guys we love our house!!!
